We started Cultured Cookie Co. in a kitchen in Bombay because we couldn't find a cookie that tasted like the ones we remembered. A long, lazy, 72-hour ferment changed everything.
The result is a New York-style cookie with the soul of a sourdough loaf — crisp at the edge, soft and complex at the centre, balanced by sea salt.
